MSPI mamas know that avocado is a lifesaver. Full of vitamins and minerals, plus healthy fats, this nutrient-dense food can help you pack in the calories in a healthy way. When you’re burning upwards of 500 calories a day breastfeeding, that extra energy is critical. But sometimes I get in a rut with my avocado and need to try different ways to work it into my diet.
